After attending Northeast University in Monroe, Louisiana, in 1978 Donna Gail began a 19 year career with Fraenkel company, a highly recognized leader in the furniture distribution and manufacturing industry encompassing a 13 state area.

Donna Gail held several administrative positions at Fraenkel en route to becoming Credit Manager for the company in 1987. Her extensive training in credit and collections, along with her problem solving and process improvement techniques, consistently produced the lowest delinquencies in the company's 35 year history.

In April 1998 Donna Gail formed Account Management Solutions to provide credit management services for small to mid-size commercial businesses. Her company successfully manages virtual credit departments for companies such as insulation distributors, restaurant suppliers, software development, magazine publishing, and heating and air companies. In business less than two years, Donna Gail has recently expanded her company services into Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Donna Gail has held commercial credit and collection seminars for organizations such as The Greater Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce and Women Business Owners Association. She is also a volunteer for SCORE, a non-profit organization, sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration, which provides free business counseling.
