Our Mission Statement

We are very often the first contact your customer has with your company after the sale.

We have the experience to handle this contact with the customer by listening and obtaining as much information as possible, our objective is customer understanding as we ask them to pay the bill. If there is a service problem, we will immediately contact you, our client, with the information allowing you to respond quickly to the needs of the customer. If the situation requires more follow up from us, we will do that.

We will answer questions regarding credit and collection status. We can also help your customer understand the terms of sale, special credit arrangements or questions about the bill in general.
