Our Mission Statement

A successful sale starts with the credit approval. Extending credit could result in slow payment or no payment. Our expertise enables us to make prudent and timely credit recommendations.

ASCMI offers a variety of credit services. We will represent ourselves as the "credit manager" or "credit department" of your company.

A thorough credit application completed by your potential customer is all we need. With that information we will check the bank and trade references for credit information. For large transactions, we may request that the customer submit up to date financial reports.

Credit applications can be submitted to us by fax or e-mail. Once received, we will advise you of our recommendation as soon as we determine the customer's credit worthiness.

We have access to Dun & Bradstreet , Experian and Equifax. The reports provided by these organizations, along with the completed credit application will enable us to furnish you with a comprehensive credit profile of your potential customer.

Based on the information compiled, we will make a recommendation as to whether or not the customer is creditworthy. The final decision to extend credit is yours.

As your credit department, we will periodically furnish you with reports exhibiting all credit applications received, ratio of approval vs. denial recommendations and average turn-around time.
