Our Mission Statement

If your credit team is not consistently achieving your objectives, we can help by offering recommendations that will eliminate the frustrations they encounter every day.

We can make an on-site evaluation of your credit and/or collection processes. We can review your credit policy or help write one. Based on methods we know work, we can make recommendations to enhance the practices already in place. Your credit staff can learn how to manage their time and work efficiently.

By working more effectively, your employees will gain confidence in their ability to perform their credit and collection tasks. As they progress, you will have more confidence in them which will create a more relaxed work environment. This will produce an improvement in the quality of receivables.

Our recommendations will sometimes involve training. This can be done on an individual or group basis. We will consult with you prior to finalizing the program to be sure to incorporate your direction and priorities.
